Would like to try a mushroom extraction, not try do one. Did say it's on Dope Cafe's new menu.
You mentioned a DMT extract from shrooms. What does it say on Dope Cafe's menu? Did you mean psilocybin?

Doubt it, the concourt will rule in the states favor watch. Too many religious fanatics hate the devils lettuce.

The biggest problem I have is with the dagga couple, they were court dealing and selling. Found their **** all over silkroad.

Religious fanatics have problems with gay marriage and polygamy, too, but the ConCourt didn't care.

I am cautiously optimistic.

Even if the ConCourt just upholds the narrow order of the High Court, it's a big win.

Hmmm, so where can I get my hands on "DC bud"?

So what does this mean? Last time the courts in CT said its legal, but then it wasn't actually legal. Is this the same ?(step in the right direction, but still illegal?)

It's now legal to grow at home and smoke. The concourt has stated if parliament does not amend the constitution in 24 months, the legal reading will become final.

So you have to grow it in order to use it, buying is still illegal ??
I grow the weed, you come over and we smoke a few blunts. There might be some left over, so you put the left over in your pocket and by accident drop a few bucks?

Well, the state had the right to appeal that ruling. There is no court of appeal above the concourt so the appeal process is exhausted and gauvament is obliged to amend the law to be in line with the concourt ruling. What this means is that you could still be arrested and prosecuted for smoking a joint until then, but that you would guaranteed that the prosecution would eventually be overturned on appeal, so presumably the cops and courts aren't going to be wasting time and resources on arrests and prosecution that will eventually be overturned. I think the police were putting prosecutions on hold since the CT ruling so that's a pretty sure indication of how they will be treating personal dagga use from now on - not bothering.
