@silentc Hope you find the right strains to help with the bipolar disorder.

Which strain do use for your wife's inflammation problems? Busy exploring terpenes and terpenoids currently. Walnuts appears to improve the anti-inflammatory effects of cannabis for me. I suffer from insulin resistance which results in inflammation of body tissue. Still need to find a strain that doesn't produce the munchies.

We're mixing various ratios of Mt Cook and cherry rolling tobacco. At current levels it eases her pains related to thyroid (hashimotos - just realized the pun) and seems to be keeping me well grounded, although still early.

According to Leafly Mt Cook is beneficial for both depression and pain. It appears you've made a well balanced choice of cannabis strain.

Hey guys . I know this has probably been asked a million times before but where is a good place to buy from in JHB . I havent smoked in years and have decided to have some downtime this December with the wife.

Can you buy from 420 cafe and take it home ?

Does anyone know where to buy pipe cleaners and good products etc to clean bongs/vapes?

If you're looking for nice long pipe cleaners they're available at a stationery and craft store like PNA as they're used for crafts as well. Probably cheaper than a tobacconist. Isopropyl I get from Soap Barn in Edenvale but it is available at Dischem.

lol, I had exactly the same. Wonder if it isn't their gelcaps that are taking a really long time to dissolve. But once it kicks in, it's very enjoyable. Maybe I should try break one open and see if it's any different.

Not the case with the strong version of their Sativa cookies though. Ate one and was properly immersed in Destiny 2 for the next like 6 hours.

tHE strong version of the sativa cookies? is that the ones advertised for R580 ? Ok sorry no, I see now the Strong Indica are the ones for R580. Takes me about 2 of the strong sativa to get my nice and chilled... would love to know why the indica strong ones are so flippen expensive.

Hi All - Wonderful thread this.

Anyway, myself and the missus are weekend smokers, usually just joints and from time to time a peace pipe.
I am thinking about getting a dry herb vaporizer, not for any important reason but just to try it out - Maybe we'll like it and stick to it.

What do you guys recommend I look at getting? Something not too pricey but that provides the full effect of this method.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Thanks

For an entry level device, try the Flowermate Aura or the Vie. Both available at Cock n Bull. I prefer the feel and mouthpiece of the Aura.

Hey all, awesome thread that I've been lurking around. Just thought I'd share this in case anyone was interested.
Cannabis infused coffee - combining the best two plants...
The cannabis oil is infused in the roasting process and it's a 15-20mg dose of THC per 8g serving of coffee.
The guy running St Oldy's (Oldy's Coffee & Oldy's Canna Cigars) is super friendly and responsive, made it a pleasure ordering from him.
Price of the coffee was R140 for 80g packet (10 servings) - including shipping.

Gave a nice buzz for the wake 'n bake and still tasted like a good cup of coffee.

There are sooooooo many different vapes depending on what youre looking for. Start off deciding whether you want portable or not. If not the desktop vapes are usually cheaper with better/bigger hits. Of course for either you get everything from bottom to top range stuff - all depends on what ya want ;)
