Do you grind the bud and store it, or do you prepare just before use? Weed does lose potency more quickly when stored ground up, even in an airtight container.

I usually grind just enough for a J, but with Elixir, the packaging doesn't seal properly, and I don't want it to dry up.


So what I'd do is, I'd grind the whole bag and store the ground weed in 1 of the containers of 420m, and take the sticker of elixirs package and put it on the 420m container so I remember which it is.

But tonight, I'm trying the Underdawg OG, only grinding enough for 1 J, a little less than a G.

Used ground up Laughing Buddha last weekend and it was different in strength to the batch made straight from the bud. My vaping partner thought it was two different strains. Had no idea the reason behind it until doing a bit of reading this week.

Let us know if you notice a difference.

Haven't had a chance to try the Underdawg last night!

Tried the Gorilla 1 earlier, very nice high!

Mine still in the same place. Eventually received some assistance today from the dsv support team.

Arranged delivery for early tomorrow, as today there were no "3rd party vehicles" available. Will see soon & hope for the best.

If all goes well, I'll upload some pics & review of the trainwreck :D:thumbsup:


@Chemogen Good idea to have local source indeed. I believe she is situated near Jhb though

Had some Underdawg eventually last night.

Definitely the strongest strain from Elixir so far!

That J knocked me so hard, I really enjoyed it!

So after realising that mistake..

I did try the Northern lights last night though for review as it's not in the combo.

Compared it to the UnderDawg OG strain (also grown in tunnel, higher priced).

It's important to know that you are receiving the quality bud that you paid for.
So
I did a comparison shot first under some lighting.

The Underdawg Og seems higher quality indeed. As we read on this thread by our members that tried it, it's quite potent lol.
The underdawg bud is quite dense.

Used my Dynavap to get more out of the herb, without combustion. Now I love to light up a joint, there's just something about it. That experience.

At the moment my vaporizer is just more economical & if you haven't tried before. There is a big difference in flavour compared to smoking.


Northern lights: Felt the muscles in my body comfortably relax. Five minutes or so later I was a bit sleepy, additionally my eyes were kinda red and droopy. This strain is definitely strong in it's Indica qualities.

*The brown pack among the northern lights is to keep the bud good for longer. *Not included, but I recommend them if you don't have better storage options than these.


Sometimes I feel anxiety or paranoia with Indica strains, but my experience with this bud was pleasant & just really "chill".


My eyes and mouth were both a little dry, nothing really unpleasant. The experience was mild, & enjoyable. One could definitely make the experience stronger, I just chose to limit my intake so that I could attempt review :ROFL:


The munchies don't get to me easily...
But yeah I could definitely have eaten some baked goods or Biltong!

In my opinion this strain is great for if you'd like to just chill & enjoy your time. Good for night time use. Happy with this!

What do you guys think of the Dynavap M? I'm looking at getting a Vaporiser and that one keeps up quite a lot and is a fair bit cheaper than some of these other ones.
