Strain is Double Dream which received excellent reviews on Leafly. Smells spicy with a hint of skunk and berry. Looks nice and clean. Pics included for those of you who like weed porn. Last pic is a really good closeup of a nug.

Weight including the bag is 12.9g so a little extra was added. Delivered today, on the date requested and the delivery guys were very friendly.

So far a pleasant experience. But the proof is in the pudding. Off to do a taste and effect test and report back.

Planning to get from them again in the future. I like it a lot. Just need a source for brownies as the usual supplier doesn't stock them anymore. I suspect they were ordering them from Baked in Jozi because they're closed for now.
 
Lets get some opinions...

Does anyone see the dark/black in the first two pics?. It's greenhouse berry kush and I see that the buds sometimes do tend to almost have a little bit of purple.. Could this be that, or something more sinister.? Doesn't really give off a scent either even after I grind it, should that be A sign that it's no good?

Mold is a bad sign but those look ok. Cant see Trichomes numbers but thats how i spot quality suppliers. Be it for not stripping buds presale or better handling,storing,drying,delivery procedures . Dry is not a sign of bad stuff although slow drying and longer curing always gives best results for taste and looks.

I planted some outdoor stuff, Durban poison mostly and meticulously weeded out males as they grew ,still i find seeds on most plants not all buds though just here an there. Still its quite amazing how far pollen must travel :)
Hopefully not a Hemp farm closeby hehehe.

Do you guys realise how easy it is to make your own brownies or edibles??

Just get some decent weed, decarb it(basically heating it in an oven for 60 odd mins at a certain temp) and then have your way with it. Chuck it in baked goods, honey, butter, coconut oil etc.

Google whatever variety you want to make for full instructions, there's tons of info available.

If you want brownies but you are super lazy just get the premix brownie mixture and chuck the decarbed weed in the mix, put it in on blobs on a baking tray, chuck it in the oven and 1hr later you are good to go. Or make muffins, or mix it with the supper/lunch breakfast.... The world is your oyster!

Its super easy to bake bread as well but we still buy it at the shop.

If you want really good baked edible goods it takes time and practice. It takes us an entire day to make our cannabutter and oils but it's totally worth it. We bake and cook with it all the time. A pea sized piece of our butter will keep you high for 3 or 4 hours. Sometimes I use it for eggs, some times for pancakes but mostly we bake with it. It's nice to be able to take an edible and then go to a concert. If you time it right the high will hit you just as you arrive :-)

Everyone should definitely try baking or cooking with cannabutter or oil but I suggest you just buy from someone that knows what they're doing, you'll enjoy it much more.

Sorry. I just noticed the green container in the background of my Pic. I didn't get this from the monkeys.l. From a new supplier. Also got some indoor from him. Prices are pretty much the same as the monkeys. Didn't realize the container was in the background, my bad .. Speaking of the monkeys anyone have any plans on getting one of their combos?

No worries buddy. I assumed as well but yes you're right. I figured it was from monkeys. As for their specials/combos,I find it more pleasing ordering my own gh and indoor. 10g local skunk doesn't seem that appealing to me so I steer away. Is it any worth it? Anyone ordered it already?

Y'all can also use your vaped weed as is, it's already been de-carbed. Don't throw away your vaped bifter!
