So as a person who's never did weed for months..do you think even a quarter of a cookie could be enough? Also would you say it's stronger over the BGH cookies?

The normal Cannasutra cookies I think is weaker than the BGH cookies. The strong version is way stronger though. My wife has an even lower tolerance than me and she does well with 1/2 cookie. You can always start with 1/4.

Can you clarify what benzo you were taking, dosage and for how long? Truthfully, weed is not magically going to fix your sleep issue. It should certainly help with the withdrawal though.

Sandoz bromazepam 6mg now slowly hopping into 3mg, I used to be on Pax (generic valium) 10mg but I'm on bromazepam 6mg now and I'm addicted, yeah I just need something to help even withdrawals just something to give me more or less the sedative effect to fall asleep but stay asleep.
 
I've tried canna oil way back when it was 15mg THC each ml now it's 35mg I think? Did like 7 drops and it gave me more anxiety then anything.

You can do what I did in the beginning. I asked Cannasutra if they can give me weaker oil (diluted). They had no problem with this.

Will that make any difference as to what effect I felt from it though

Nah I haven't had anxiety but now I do if for example I try and quit the pills, I've only ever started taking these pills to fall asleep and stay asleep cause I have trouble falling asleep and sometimes waking after 3hrs. Never took them for anxiety ever.

Cbd oil too pricey for me.. looking for cheap alternatives

Cbd oil is expensive as most import it. I don't think anyone do the oil locally.

That's the issue with oil compared to pills R50 a box of 30 oil is like R600 per 10ml

Will just probably try those cookies or just flame up some strong indica strain joints.

You have to make peace with the fact that unfortunately anxiety is going to be part of your life while you get off the benzos. Talk to your doctor about tapering schedule. When you get to 1.5mg once per day then things will get easier.

You dont want to hear this, but until you taper way down, cannabis is not going to be your saving grace. Get some exercise daily, melatonin & magnesium, meditate and drink some chamomile tea. Stay strong.

Yeah, it is a bit nerve wrecking. They legit tho its just that their communication is bad. Just make sure that your order calculated correctly on checkout. I have had issues with my past two orders from them but they very quick to rectify any errors.
 
Been having some fun playing around with making oils in the Ardent Lift. This device is flipping amazing.

First batch I estimated to come out at about 12mg/ml. Second batch (Friday night) at around 20mg/ml.
My friend tried batch 1 on Saturday. One squirt + 30 mins = baked. She typically smokes about half a J for comparison.
Just collected 100g of Silver Lemon Haze. Aiming for a 30mg/ml with this. If lucky I should squeeze out 35mg/ml.

NB: My calculations are not accurate. They are guestimates and reference points which aid me with improving dosages. And it works for me...

Regarding my insane tolerance levels I mentioned a good few posts back... Typically I use sativa dominant strains. On Fri I purchased some white cheese at Cannapax. Nice hybrid. 2 pulls on my bong and hello...
Knowing this spurred on my next oil creation (the 20mg/ml batch). I mixed up White Widow, White Cheese, Cookies & Cream and Chaos (local dealer stuff) to get this oil. Seems to have worked out well. Good mix of S, I and H.

It is hey. Takes away a lot of guess work and hovering over stoves/ovens. Decarb and infuse in this thing straight.
It is only 90W which is great. Lives on the battery backup circuits so not even load shedding gonna stop my weed habits.

They did come back to me regarding my order that the courier (or someone in between sending and receiving) helped themselves to.

Should be getting it this week..

I know that most of the guys were at that expo thing, so can just imaging what all went on there
