Well I guess it depends on tolerance. The oil was quite mild for me.

Their 'Strawberry Cough' has quite an artificial strawberry taste, definitely nothing like a real strawberry. Has me curious if the grower flushes the plants with Nesquik :ROFL::ROFL::ROFL:

So with the busts going on is it still ok to grow your own at home?
I was under the impression that it was legal to grow and consume in your own private space, are these busts because it was larger volumes?
If the larger volume is the problem then who gets to decide what constitutes a larger volume?

It is legal to grow your own and consume in your own private property. Selling it however is another story.

The laws still need to be amended.
So technically AFAIK it's not legal at all, they just won't try prosecute individuals smoking it in a private space.

Looney is actually correct , Usage and Cultivation for private use is allowed.
Although there are limits as to how much and conditions also apply so use of lights and equipment is still considered illegal . No lab growing just garden growing is cool.
 
Just don't go lighting a blunt in-front of the PoPo and you should be fine .

What about those in cold parts of the country that can't grow in winter? Are they excluded from their constitutional right to grow & consume cannabis in private because the sun is on holiday?
 
Many stories here of ppl still being arrested for possession/cultivation regardless of it supposedly "being allowed" now:

It's not a single source it's just articles and news clips I've read over the last few months , I don't think they'll call in a swat team for one light and 2 or 3 plants , By labs i mean a room of lights and more than 5 plants.

This is really scary. It's almost as if there are more arrests these days than before the 2018 judgment.

I think most of these places would probably not have lab level consistency, so it could also be that batches vary in potency. How did you take the oil?

I get oil often from them and it has always been the same. They use olive oil so you can just take some drops directly or use the oil on food.
