So I've been shopping at Cannapax in fourways, JHB.
Looking for a new dispensary to shop around at. I live in lonehill. Anyone got recommendations?

Has anyone made DIY grow lights?
I was looking at the cost of them and they are pretty expensive for what they are.
Im thinking of getting some WS2818 LED strips and then hooking them up to a power supply and arduino for colour control.
The nice part of that would be that its easy to add more lights and you can change the colour easily per growth cycle. Its also easy to schedule turn on/off times.
Its more of just an interesting idea to me because I like making those kinds of projects, but the only plant I have needs a bit more attention from light and it also ended up being fertilized by being outside even though it was the only one I have.

Will also try it. Last mix from DL didn’t do it for me.
For sure, but at R40/g - I don't mind. They weren't dry - were still soft and required scissors to properly break apart. I also don't smoke during the week, so weekends whether I use outdoor / greenhouse or R150 indoor - not a huge difference. Some of your posts have got me itching to do a proper outdoor grow some time and I'd be interested to see how my own fresh buds compare to this stuff.

I love it. I even bought 10g again the other day.
On another note. Smoked some of Elixir Extract Trainwreck last night mixed with some of DL mix and sweet lawd it was epic. I literally could not contain my laughter but was really really nice.
Going to smoke some if their Gorilla Bomb now and see who it is.
I have... A new staff member made a stuff-up with my order, but Deon rectified the issue quickly and I got to keep the incorrect products.

Ordered 10g of the Super Lemon Haze and took a chance and also ordered 10g of the Gorilla Glue. Here's hoping...
My sister was very disappointed in their gorilla glue... hope yours is better.
Should maybe have taken the Haze + one of their greenhouse. Can always bake some cookies if the smoke isn't great.

Mmm, let me change the order to lemon haze only.
Why not add a few 1g samples of other things? Rather than buying 10g of the gorilla.

I bought about 20 x 1g last year and they were all the same imo. I complained and they refunded me! I’ll rather stick to your recommendation.
Got my Saionara Atomizer off them. Was impressed personally.

I was too late, already processed, on a weekend nogal.
But they wanted to know why I wanted to change. So I mentioned the comments above. They say if you are unhappy you must contact them and they will sort you out.
I can confirm this, they refunded a R2,000 order last year and I got to keep the product.
They are very serious about customer satisfaction. So if you are not happy contact them and say so.
So I'll see what the GG is like. It had potential based on the one I grew last year (was a flop, the wind trashed my plants and my soil was wrong).
