Firstly, cannabis is not illegal and secondly could you give an example of how you can help us as I dont understand what you are offering.

The police want to come and arrest me for a name and address they found on a pc or a book? Be my guest.

If the service you are offering us for free is to somehow get more bang for my buck then Im seriously all ears but I honestly cant figure out what you want to help us with.

I quote from the ConCourt judgement:

"Dealing in cannabis is a serious problem in this country and the prohibition of dealing in cannabis is a justifiable limitation of the right to privacy. I will, therefore, not confirm that part of the order of the High Court because we have no intention of decriminalising dealing in cannabis."

I would suggest you familiarise yourself FULLY with the ConCourt Judgement.
tldr isn't going to get you out of jail when the handcuffs come out.
I don't believe for a second you have read past the summary judgement on BTL.

You think it's legal? I DARE you to sit outside a police station, light up a joint, and try to tell them "I'm smoking in private, there's nothing you can do."

And you think they aren't watching and listening?
Someone said earlier they doubt the police will wade through 15x pages of this thread. They will do that, and a lot more. Do you seriously think every single policeman is a moron in this country? They are not.

I'm out of this thread. Can't handle the hostility and closed-mindedness, when I am actually in agreement with 90% of what is written here. EXCEPT this nonsense that cannabis is "legal". Extract your head from your bottom orifice, because it's lodged beyond the point of common sense.

I truly hope you don't get arrested.
Even if you do, please get a lawyer because you are tragically misinformed.

But lets be honest that you are also a bit closed minded seeing as nobody ever said they will smoke in front of a police station but smoking in your yard is legal.

You can submerge the entire thing in ISO (except the cap), so it's very cleanable if you buy second-hand

Imagine being this guys patient, wouldn't be surprised if he has a few suicides racked up thus far considering how he dishes out his "help".
