I got the most condescending 'apology' if you can even call it that from them. It starts off "Are you okay?", then apologises a bit then says its their first complaint so they got excited then calls me a dick and says they wont refund me yet but will if the parcel doesnt move this week.

Let me guess, you did act like a dick? Considering how you are behaving here I'd hazard a guess that yes, you were a monumental dick.

I try to avoid places that provide bad customer service.
What if my stuff went missing and then the supplier treats me that way, check.
So, I'd rather just avoid it altogether :)

I get that Bud but ultimately I would suggest you trust your own opinion and not those of a Dick on a forum.
 
Long time lurker first post. 1. What online shop to use for anything to do with accessories? 2. Im in Garden Route(Western Cape) area so which one will work best for me? 420M, Ganjie or is there a better one? Im tired of the local skunk/kaas vibe.

The fact that they attacked you instead of handling the situation formally is disgusting. You do not deserve that kind of treatment as a customer.

Dude wtf is wrong with you? No client should ever be treated so disgustingly. So what if they had a bad week? That's not the client's issue one bit. They could've addressed things more politely and just apologized and left it at that. What's it all with calling him a dick?? You f*cking pay good money for something only for your package to possibly be conviscated, then be treated like s*it from the people you bought it from and not even have them attempt at replacing/ refunding you for what you ordered? Yeah.. wouldn't feel so lekker. So stop being so buddy buddy with them even if you personally had a good experience. Support is one thing but being personally offended bc someone here left a bad review is YOUR problem that you need to sort out by yourself and stop bashing people here.

My eyes were like saucers, lights, hydro, grow tents. They've got a dab bong on display that sells for R74k!!!!

Regarding IntHerb. To add my 2c to the verified list.

I recently ordered the outdoor pineapple express from IntHerb (the cheapest option - R400 for 25g - my finances are shot this month).

They could only deliver the next day due to vehicle issues but they added an extra 5g to the order for free by way of apology.

On delivery day the driver contacted me and agreed to notify me when in the area. Arranged to meet at complex gate. When he said he was 5 mins away he was actually 20 mins away which wasn't great but I was walking my dog at the time anyway so I didn't really mind.

To package the bud they squeezed it into a ziplock and wrapped what must be half a roll of gladwrap around it.

The bud itself is typical discount outdoor grow: lots of seeds and small(ish) buds.

On the positive side, the buds were well cut and cured/dried appropriately. The plants were treated well and under a microscope they looked very nice.

I only use weed 1-3 evenings a week so my tolerance is usually quite low. I was very pleasantly surprised just by how strong it was. Tasted nice and smelled great. In a blind smoke I'd believe it if someone told me I was smoking GH/Indoor.

For the price I'd definitely recommend them.

Also, had a nice time re-watching Pineapple Express while high on Pineapple Express. Meta. :cool:
