Okay so I got a warning for advertising product for sale apologies I wasn't sure of the rules coz I see menus on the forums ... anyone interested put msg only . Really not bothered either way

Yea apparently they found a loop hole u can posses and grow and in the privacy of your own home but not sell or smoke in public ar 420 you have to buy a drink before you order so I think thats the loophole because to the best of my knowledge you can gift but not give or sell someone up to 60 grams but they in with the hawks and higher ups in any case but yea I did some research too and according to Mark the budtender you paying for the alcohol and the gram is a ' gift ' either way i wish more places like that existed

Personally I don't see any loophole.



Definition of dealing , as per legislation :

in relation to a drug ,includes performing any act in connection with the transhipment ,importation,cultivation,collection,manufacture,supply,prescription,administration,sale,transmission or exportation of the drug;



Dictionary definition of SUPPLY :

make (something needed or wanted) available to someone.


Currently no 60g sell/give provision in the Act.

Sup guys, new here. Does anyone have a recommendation for a deliver service that is reachable over WhatsApp and accepts cash? This would be for Pretoria. I've looked at a couple like 420CafeOnline, but they're charging a R200 delivery fee and I'm not sure they accept cash.
 
Are The Green Guys still open? Placed an order with them on Monday, made payment and haven't heard back from them and they ignore my WhatsApp messages and emails?

@Ceejayjay Did you receive your order? I also ordered from them on Monday and have had no response from them..?
 
any hassles with delivery(courier) when ordering from mustafa...1st time buyer and a little skittish on the mail order thingy. im in eastern cape

Green guys unfortunately had all their packages investigated, their response was mentioned in the shroom thread by Randhir a couple days ago.

Here's the message:
Dear Greenies, we apologize for the lack in communication, it’s been a mess this side. All our national parcels have been investigated, meaning no one will be getting the parcels, which we have sent twice. We lost around 30 parcels. See pic below of a few of them. Anyway, we will be refunding the national customers and only offering our services to Gauteng until mid - end jan. Sorry for the inconvenience. Howzitbud and King Kushie still seem like they're open. Probably gonna be delays either way with couriers overloaded this time of year.

I assume Aramex or DSV. People need to stop using these 2 couriers. I have only ever had issues with those 2.
 
what a cluster****!! who then has a better track record on national delivery via courier without problems.
 
No arrival of my delivery ordered a week ago from 420monkeys. Anybody had the same? Now they are closed, no communication - what fun.
