Quick review from Mustafa

This is supposed to be 50g altogether and on the scale it shows 63g which is expected since I didn't take it out the bags but sadly also because the product was not properly dried. The stems were bendy but there wasn't an overwhelming ammonia smell so this can still be saved. On the contrary, for outdoor this smells good even through the multiple layers of packaging (surprised the courier guy didn't steal it.)

As you can see in the closeups, the buds still have lots of trichomes on it unlike 420Monkeys that clearly extracts the trichomes to get concentrates then sells the buds at a great markup, which just seems greedy to me.

If anyone's interested, I will be smoking various methods (vape, joint, bing, pipe) to check if the smoke & high is any good. Also I'm glad to report there are clearly different smells on the buds, with Unknown Strain smelling a bit more fruity - can't wait to try it in the vape. Curious to see if more indica or sativa

Edit: so far Unknown Strain vapes really good. No harshness and allows me to take monster hits. And for those wondering if Unknown Strain is a sativa or indica, she's most likely a Sativa dominant as I can feel the head high but then again the bud wasn't properly grinded because its a bit wet which could be due to the transport and tight Seran wrap (when will Africans learn to vacuum seal weed?)

The vape session could be compromised due to the grind consistency being off because of the high moisture content.

I am busy drying the bulk of this and put ~2g away for use during the day (low I know but I also take a 150mg edible split in 2 to cover my shift on work days and I gotta be sober for the new "manager") but anyway, my desk is reeking when I opened the top drawer (I store my weed I the bottom drawer because it "jams" & has to be opened very specifically or else it will be "locked". Work from home for he win... Gives me more time to spend with my babies growing under QB
How do you take off trichomes No way

Anyone ordered from Greenfingers recently, I'm interested to a certain Strain

Can one grow this stuff indoors without UV lamp?
Would like to try but can't grow it outside, indoors is my only option.

Never heard of needing UV lamps before. You can use HPS or LEDs to grow inside. Just remember interruptions in the light cycles like from loadshedding will affect your plants.

Plants use approximately the 400nm to 700nm part of the light spectrum for photosynthesis.

UV light covers a wavelength spectrum from 100 to 380 nm and is subdivided into three regions by wavelength: UVA (320 to 400 nm), UVB (280 to 320 nm), and UVC (200 to 280 nm)

Thanks, is indoors planting fine then? (like a houseplant type growing)

You can absolutely grow cannabis indoors, but traditional indoor lighting does not provide near enough light to give you any decent yields - cannabis loves (and needs) lots of light, and the more you give it the larger it grows (provided you also give the needed nutrients). Hence why outdoor plants can grow so big - the sun gives a lot of light.

Since sunlight is the most ideal light source, if you can, put it by a window that receives enough direct sunlight in the daytime - you can get some decent grows like that.
Otherwise you can buy an LED grow light - they're a bit of an investment, but they'll last you at least a few grows and easily pay for themselves.

Thanks, I do have lots of windows

I will use the sun as a UV light, thanks for your attempted sarcasm/ trolling
It wasn't sarcasm at all, you asked and I answered. Buy a UV light and see what happens. Head over to growopz.com and pick a light or email the owner with your requirements and they will work around that and what you want to achieve.

If you decide to plant outdoors (with the sun as your light source) you would need to supplement the plants with extra light because there is not enough sunlight currently to keep the plants in veg which means your plant will start to flower as soon as it breaks soil.

Weed is not what would be considered a “indoor” or “house” plant though. Unless you growing it indoors under the proper lighting.

Would honestly recommend looking into super basic indoor grow spaces (cfl’s are good lights for beginners on a budget) especially if you can’t grow outdoors.

Then I do apologise, thank you for the advice.
I will be taking it under advisement.
