No idea what Gorilla Glue 'Lights' is... but I generally like GG. I've ordered some so I'll review when it arrives.

Their "master plan" is to see how they can benefit, if they just legalized it those "interventions" would naturally occur, probably much better without their interference.
"According to the master plan, government plans these interventions;

  • The amendment of existing legislation by removing existing constraints that hinder commercialisation
  • The implementation of breeding programmes for new dagga and hemp cultivars,
  • Supporting research and development programmes for the country’s cannabis industry,
  • Mobilising and supporting farmers to participate in the cannabis value chains
  • Developing new domestic and export markets for the South African cannabis industry
  • Including indigenous dagga growers in the value chain
  • Developing and supporting the growth and development of the manufacturing and product development capacity of the South African cannabis sector.
  • Providing a framework on education and training matters in support of the cannabis industry
  • Communicating a clear and unambiguous message about the cannabis industry and related matters to all stakeholders and the public."

It takes a real effort to be negative about this news. What you said is exactly what is proposed in intervention point 1 that you pasted, removal of commercial constraints.

The rest of the points are about active positive support, which is also most welcome.

Credit where it's due for this plan, now govt will prove their worth with the implementation, and seems that may be helped along by the private sector, which is good.

I'll reserve further judgment until then.

Perhaps someone can help with a little bit of a worrying situation since some of you guys have spoken about them in the past. I placed an order with Happy Apple a week ago and after confirming my order and reception of payment, I haven't heard from or been able to get a hold of them at all.
I know after ordering from them before that they're not the best with communication or service in general, but my whatsapp messages and calls have gone ignored as well as daily attempts at standard phone calls and sms's to all of the numbers I have associated with them.
I'd really appreciate any help or advice - I ordered a fairly large (well for me, anyway) amount thinking it would be Ok being broke if I had enough herbs to smoke - to my horror, it turns out I may have been a victim of someone's larcenous joke.

I actually think they are closing up shop? They had a clearance sale I bought a few weeks ago, check out my posts a few pages back. Horrific service. As unfortunate as it may be, I dont think you will see your purchase.

Dont ever order from them.
 
Does anyone know whether Mustafa or any other guys have CBD herb available, Is that even a thing, marijuana with little to no THC?
