I would buy it with the season-pass on PS4 any time again. I have been playing Destiny for 2 years and eventually threw the towel as the content was just very repetitive (and I generally hate their stupid jumping puzzles in a shooter). Destiny got old quick (i.e. wait for the weekly reset, do the Nightfall, strikes and then whatever Raid and then sulk for a week since the drop was crap).
With Division 1.2 (granted I have played the last release only for 2 hours) there is a lot more activity - especially the HVT opens up more activity in PVE. Matchmaking with pugs is good, but I do find (at least on PS4) that the level of "sophisticated" players on Division is lower than on Destiny. Hardly anyone uses mics, no chats, just grinding away and leaving the party when done. Destiny was more social when hooking up with rands for a taken-king/Crota/Vog raid and it was okay to take 2-3 hours for a raid to finish. Division PS4 players seem to give up very quick. Many players have no honor - i.e. yesterday 2 players got ganked at DZ6 extraction, I continue killing off the enemies while the other player calls an extraction, then extracts his stuff and the picks up the other players loot. (I then left the group and F'ed him up hahahaha - but things like this should not happen).
Can anyone provide info regarding HVT?
Are any of the weekly targets soloable? The group I play with is splintered as things stand, but while I'm playing I just want to know the potential of what I can do on my own, before I should look at grouping up.
I realise this will also be gear dependent, so for those offering any insight, can you mention you GS as well just for comparative purposes?

Just be careful on the HVT if you die you cant get back to complete or restart the challenge, you will have to wait for the time to expire and redo it with new intel credits.
I tried one and stupidly they spawned right behind and along side me while I was focusing on some in front. I died and could not just go back to the fight.
The icon still shows but nobody pitched up for the party
I found this to be not true. If I die I just go back to the BoO and activate the HVT again, it doesn't take away any intel points. His marker just pops up in the map in a different location.
Not sure if it was maybe because I didn't get to the HVT's wave or not.
Will have a look, I have not tried to reactivate it from the vendor, I just went back where the marker was still showing on my map and there was nothing.
I see there is yet another 4.5gb patch coming down.
Is this going to become a weekly thing now these big patches.

I hadn't even started downloading the 1.2 update which was apparently 5.8GB?
A friend was complaining about another 5gb update last night...but I completed the 1.05 update last night which totaled 5.7Gb
I was then able to connect, close the 1.2 update notes overlay and log into a character
Logically I should still have a 4.5-5Gb update still to download![]()

Tom Clancy’s The Division is a ground-breaking RPG experience that brings the genre into a modern military setting for the first time. In the wake of a devastating pandemic that sweeps through New York City, basic services fail one by one, and without access to food or water, the city quickly descends into chaos. As an agent of The Division, you’ll specialize, modify, and level up your gear, weapons, and skills to take back New York on your own terms.
Tom Clancy’s The Division was released for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC on March 8, 2016. The game enjoyed the game industry’s biggest first-week launch for a new game franchise, generating $330 million globally.
The Division movie is currently looking for a writer to pen the adaptation.
What the hell happened yesterday morning in the DZ, hell in DZ it was flooded with level 32 enemies and they were so well accurate that they shoot you right through cover......
I eventually got out of there as half of your shots dont get placed and all my weapons only did half the damage it normally does
Haven't been to the DZ for some time. Been farming intel mostly.
I am still in two minds regarding farming.
Do you think you get higher value items farming on the intel side or the DZ.
It seems that its quicker for me to farm in the DZ as I can take most of the landmarks on my own without any help but in the Intel side it is more useful to be a party.
I just cant commit to a dedicated team as I have weird hours to play and its not easy to get a random team up and running for the scenario outside the DZ.
