@sporty69: XBMC downloads the EPG from this address. Just look for the System menu and then click on Add-Ons etc. It's possible that this address has disappeared. It is supposed to be http://is.gd/vguide2

I am having the same issue - I have that address in mine but it's not updating the EPG. Yet the link seems OK.
I've created another url for the same destination and will try in a minute
http://tinyurl.com/IPTVEPG

*EDIT* It's working again, though Afrihost is the absolute worst right now for streaming. I'm on capped too.

Its setup as you recomend. still no epg info in 'live tv'

Go to System, settings, add-ons, enabled addons, PVR clients, select PVR IPTV simple client and go to configure. There's an EPG settings tab with options...
Location: Remote path (internet address)
XMLTV URL: http://tinyurl.com/IPTVEPG
Cache XMLTV at local storage OFF
EPG Time Shift (hours) +1
Apply time shift to all channels ON

Exit XBMC and restart it.

*EDIT* Just changed the timeshift to +1 hours (not -1). Seems it's relative to us - i.e. we are +1 hours ahead of UK and most of those channels are UK channels.

You may need to reset the EPG database if you make changes to the timeshift...
System, Settings, Live TV, EPG, Reset the EPG database

You probably edited the live TV general settings by mistake...

So here it is from the beginning:

Go to System,
settings,
add-ons,
enabled addons,
PVR clients,
select PVR IPTV simple client and go to configure.

Under general:
Location: Remote path (internet address)
M3U Play List URL: http://bit.ly/vdubt25
Cache m3u at local storage: NO

EPG Settings tab:
Location: Remote path (internet address)
XMLTV URL: http://tinyurl.com/IPTVEPG
Cache XMLTV at local storage OFF
EPG Time Shift (hours) +1
Apply time shift to all channels ON

Exit XBMC and restart it.

Take careful note of the urls - eg. it's vdubt25 not vdub2 or vdub25 or vdubt2 (a mistake I often make)

That no pvr clients have been started yet
How do you start the pvr client?

Thans

First make sure live TV is enabled in settings. If that doesn't do the job, then try following this:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dddkIicYOLk

Let us know how it goes.
Note that the above video has the system setup with the confluence theme. I've never got it working on Aeon Nox myself, so you might have to switch to confluence for the live TV menu to show up - not sure.

@gopes: Have you tried AVSupply's instructions for setting up LiveTV?

Ok, go "System >> LiveTV >> Enable = On"

Exit out and you should see the EPG downloading

Did you see the EPG download?

If you did, go into LiveTV and press left direction button on your remote to bring up the side menu. All the channels are there

Hi
thanks
Bit of a stupid question, but where do I enable live TV under settings?
The only options I have under system are:-
Add-ons, skin settings, file manager, profiles and system info

There is no settings tab

Try navigating with the arrow buttons on the control (should disable the mouse) - move the selector to the System item - does settings show up below it when you do?

Ok got it now....
Thanks guys.... For bearing with me!!!!

Woohoo!
No worries, happy to help :)
Be prepared for some of those channels to fail from time to time - since they're not official, they go through phases.
Do you have the other video add-ons installed like Project Free TV, Watchseries, Mashup, etc?
