Yeah - speed is useless if its sloppy. You need a high degree of precision if you want to play fast and make it sound good though...I love this because its not just a "im super fast" video, its got a really nice rhythm feel to it!!

Also, speed is fine, and tight speed is awesome, but great drummers need to play with feeling.
Been jamming quite a bit since I moved, I know have more space for all my instruments. I am going to start recording some tracks again soon.
So tempted to get a acoustic kit again now that I have the space.
So, after moving house, putting drums and putting drums in storage for over 2 years, i am back!
Anyone have recommendations for a drum mat to protect my wooden floors from the pedals and help deaden the pedal noise?
I was looking at the roland tdm10 mat, but i cannot source it
