Not even a smile?
Just back. Waited for wifey after I was done. Had my baby with me and the cANCer observer mumbled something which I didn't hear clearly, but it must've been something nice since she smiled from ear to ear. I responded in a loud exciting voice "Did you hear that? My baby just said her her first two words!... Democratic Alliance!". Her smile faded but everyone else laughed. An old lady said we have a very clever child.![]()
Nah, it was a nice old lady...
No I would have cringed at your comment. Sorry but I find that kind of stuff very cringe-worthy.

hi all, not too sure if this has been asked before, but i couldnt find it in some quick searching. When and how will the results start being released?
IFP national, Agang provincial.
Housemate EFF.
Just saw on ENCA news that the ANC hired lots of taxis to transport ANC voters to the polling stations.
There was one at our station too. Wonders who pays for it![]()
I don't know the voting culture in South Africa but one thing that prolonged the lines for me this time was a repeated attempt by officials to escort the elderly to the front of the line to the back of the line. The first time they did it I was like 'Okay, it's a noble thing to do so I'll just bare with it'. But then it happened several times and it got annoying because it honestly made the line take longer. I mean, if I am old I wouldn't like being given a preference over others because it'd make me feel guilty and I'd probably decline. Just an interesting thing that happened not a big deal though.
Old and disabled I can still understand but this morning they also let families with small children to the front. That is BS!

Don't worry, you're not alone. No I would have cringed at your comment. Sorry but I find that kind of stuff very cringe-worthy.
Might not agree with your choices but at least you took the time to vote!
Haven't missed one since I became eligible in the late 80's.
