JHB still needs to come in, lets see if e-tolls has had any impact. It would be most depressing if the ANC get the same or more votes as last time...

edit:
if JHB gets the same amount of votes, I expect e-tolling and other scams to pop up everywhere. As soon as the ANC knows that it can get away with this without losing support it will bleed everyone dry everywhere.

Nothing yet from Durban either which is weird?

You know what annoys me even more. The Vice Chairman of the IEC said this morning that SA has about 31m eligible voters. Only 25m registered to vote. That's 6 million votes, ffs!

Also, you have to wonder what impact on the opposition all these irregularities and incompetence had. I mean, running out of ink at like 14:00, running out of paper, not having working scanners...

Close to half of the possible DA voters have voted
Only 25% of the ANC voters have voted

ANC might get more than 65% which means......baie groot poopooh for the constitution

Oh that's interesting, saw that there is a international link on News24's map....no results though, would be interesting to see.

Without City of Jhb, Durban ( Ethekwheni ) or international, that's a big part of what I would deem your middle class still to count.

31% of total votes counted for National. ANC will be above 60% when counting is done. :(

I think 60 - 63% was a given, but no more. What we need to see is a steady decline in their support every election and conversely a steady increase in the DA's support. If they reach 65% again then I'd be bitterly disappointed. If they break 66% I'd probably cry.

If things go the way they look to be going, and the elections are free and fair, it's even more depressing that if it was rigged. It would mean people in this country genuinely aren't interested in having an accountable government.

That ^

I find this extreme depressing.

But as I have often said before, the Sheeple will always vote ANC, irrespective of how corrupt and incompetent they are.

It is leading to the downfall of this country.
