I'd prefer something solid, it'll have some tools on like my mitre saw.
Two boards are quite strong. I can help you out with something solid if you're in the northern suburbs.

No, that's not how fixing roof leaks work..Has anyone used that rubberproof roof paint…did it help at all with leaks? ... I have a Tiled roof.
Hahaha true, already done all that and still pesky leak remains…Cape Town winters are relentless with wind and rain ends up getting blown back up the roof and under the tiles. No, that's not how fixing roof leaks work..
Identify the cause of the leaks and find a solution based on the cause..

Okay yeah, it’s basically got two pitches. The first is steep (centre of house) the second is very shallow probably the flattest you can go to be honest…the roof guy said maybe put polycarb sheets (same colour as tiles) over just on top of the low pitch…problem is it’s the front facade so not sure I want that look.I would stay far away from that stuff. As indicated its a band aid.
Tile roof - what angle? would you say its a normal pitch?
rain must be seriously coming down with heavy winds for it to be blowing back up and under - are you sure its coming through between the tiles?
If I recall, a tiled roof has a minimum pitch of 26°.. if the flat section is less than that, you may need to replace the tiles with a sheet roof..Okay yeah, it’s basically got two pitches. In my humble opinion using that Liquid Rubber Waterproofing on a tiled roof is like using bubblegum to fix a radiator leak.Has anyone used that rubberproof roof paint…did it help at all with leaks? ... I have a Tiled roof.
You sorted? If not PM me and I will send you a builders details I have used for a couple projects.Anyone have recommendations for a contractor in Cape Town (preferably in the Table View / Blouberg) area that can do small brickwork jobs, plastering, painting, etc.
I have a guy I've used before and happy with his work but I would like to get another quote. The job is just to remove 3 small square windows and brick up the hole, replaster and paint. Difficult finding reputable guys that are available to do such small jobs.
Just grab it with your fingers and unscrew it counterclockwise. How do one pour drain cleaner into these type of plugs without the drain cleaner damaging the white around it. I really feel old not able to figure out how to remove the top part.

For the basin yes, but the bath which is the real problem, no way to get to it without breaking something open. My parents house had an inspection cover side of the bath. This house nothing like thatSorry about asking a question, but WHY do you want to pour drain cleaner in there.
Can't you get to the trap (the black rubber P or S under the Basin)...
