I like this thread... Although then again i can say most sport is quite useless... I prefer to actually play a sport (for fun) than watch 20 men run after a ball. (what don't they have balls?)

I'm going to stick my head out here and agree with the OP.

I'm sorry, everything is wrong about it.

- What the hell are grown men doing playing with a ball, like a preschool game of "lets throw the BALL!!!! Yay!"
-Then there's the Grown men touching each other
-Skimpy shorts :sick: who the fsck want to watch a bunch of guys? "Ooooooohhhh Oti boysen die flank is my hero ek se, my Hero!!!!
-Ok, so these men are "playing ball", but WTF is it with these fat, drunk idiots who shout at the TV thinking anything is gonna change?
-Who cares who wins?
-I just see all these people buying all these blu-bulls flags, hats, clothing and stuff - what for? what a waste of money
-Who the hell wants to wear a vodacom T-shirt, or a Mobil t-shirt?
-Instead of watching sport 24/7, rather have sex with your Gf/wife - Much more fun, and they don't complain either.

I just don't get it - It's just a few stupid men that throw a ball around for a living, I mean, they still play with a Ball FFS, didn't most of us stop doing that at like, 11 ?

It's exactly the same as throwing a frisbee around for a living ? who wants to watch a guy throw a frisbee around?:confused:

Nah, lance and Tiger don't really touch other guys.

I'm gonna get flamed, badly, for saying this - but guys who watch other guys tossing a ball around have no life, and nothing better to do.

I guess I just don't see the reward for spending all that time watching them hopping around - What Does someone GET OUT OF THIS time wasting, personally? what does it do for you?

Ok, so the bulls won - GREAT!!! so what now?? wait till the next game and see who will win THEN???

all i'm basically saying is "who the fsck cares, really..."

Devil - my problem isn't with the Rugby players, but more the people who watch rugby with a tight rugby T-shirt 24/7, screaming at a TV, and thinking they are part of it all.

Lance is a bit of a batty boy!

In all fairness the same can be said for any sport. Anyone who manages to sit through a PGA tour needs to find a hobby IMO. Same as anyone who supports Man Utd. *runs*

It's all about personal choice. I wasn't really into rugby until i started watching it recently and i must say every now and again you get a really good game that you kinda get into it. That's how i generally feel when the Sharks play anyway!
