This latest beta is actually pretty good; I haven't picked up any issues yet.

iOS 15 beta 7 just dropped, so far rock solid on both my phone and iPad. No changes noted yet.

Some issues with eSim stability that I've noticed and battery life on Beta 7 for me a little odd Vs Beta 6.

Otherwise I'm happy. Work focus turning on when I get to the offices and turning off when I leave is a helper

Agreed, but then from 7 to 8 I wouldn’t expect much change. Likely RC is just around the corner.

Currently on Beta 8 on an older iPhone, copying \ pasting \ searching Live Text on photos doesn't seem to be working, though I'm not sure it ever really did work because I never tried it before. Does it only work with photos you take with the phone camera or is it supposed to work with downloaded pics (containing text) too?

EDIT - Ok, found the answer... I was using an iPhone X which is too old...

Since Live Text relies heavily on Apple's neural engine, the feature is only available on iPhones and iPads with at least an A12 Bionic or better chip.

Strange. Isn’t it an XS maybe? That has the A12 chip and the X doesn’t.
