Download Bloomberg for FREE from AppStore. Select SJ stocks...

The iPhone stock app sources its stocks from Yahoo Finance which doesn't have the JSE.

Bloomberg is a much better app.

Your'e pushing - it doesn't exist. Fortunately, there's built-in learning ability.

Just type away, correcting as you go. With use, the Afrikaans predictive text works really well.

app is brilliant but for some reason its needs a internet connection to work , which is stupid

It needs a data connection because the actual speech recognition is run on servers in the USA. The iPhone doesn't to any of the hard lifting. Found that out here)

If you turn 3G off I think it will fall back to using Edge/GPRS. The real test is change your APN to something wrong and then try it and it won't work. There is NO WAY whatsoever it can work without contacting their servers as that is where the voice -> text processing is happening.

The MTN guys would probably be able to help you out with an easier method,

But you should be able to just use an ipcc which you can generate here

Which software (with GUI) do you reckon is the best for transferring files to the iPhone...

I have a zipped application with a payload folder that i need to transfer..

I've tried iphoneExplorer and iFunBox but neither seem that grand..

what do you use?
