Do you know wnything about the hard-reset? Normal itunes restore and quickpwn unlock didnt work

oh lol.. thought u were sorted..

To hard-reset the phone you just hold the home and power buttons together for a few seconds.. Then turn the phone on again..

what problem are you getting? does the phone just not pick up a Wi-Fi network?

it does not pick up any wi-fi networks, although my friend's HTC diamond touch does, so its not the wi-fi. It sometimes showed my network, when i select it, just says,'cannot connect to ' + NetworkName.
Then i have done the hard reset a few times, understood its something different from the article i quoted.
She did a more intensive restore (hold both buttons on the phone until the Apple logo comes up like you would for a hard-reset, and then plug into the computer and restore).

I've realised now that 250MB is not gonna be enough for me....it's SO easy to just press your thumb on the YouTube icon & voila!...you're watching videos.

This phone is the greatest mobile phone I have ever held in my hand. I'm convinced Nokio owners will get a heart attack on the spot, coming from the dull Nokio interface to all this eye candy & performance. :)

Definitely!! With all the other mobile phones I've had before, the novelty wore off in two days...but with this baby, it just keeps growing.

I just can't get enough. ;)

OK it picks up my Wi Fi, but all settings are blank, (IP, subnet, router etc). Enter my huge 128bit password and..... 'Unable to join the network ' + NetworkName

renierp, go to bed! Worry about it tomorrow. :)

Ok, I'm off to bed as well, want to read the article about the new Nissan GT-R in the GQ magazine. Good night!

Hmm.. So u tried:
- turning the router on and off?
- pressing the blue > arrow next to your APN in Wi-Fi settings and selecting "Forget this network"?

BTW just something small that has not been mentioned.

Three cheers to Apple for developing the first proper and most realistic calculator on a phone!

They just forgot the percent sign, you have to swing the phone round, which turns it into a scientific calculator and select percent.

Oh well maybe they ran out of space, they could have made the equal sign a bit smaller and it would fit.
