lol but I'm just making a point of the appstore policy(it will never have porn) with cydia or installer you just need to add a repo that provides such apps(don't know of any...yet) and there you go. ;)

No you can't, there is an age restriction of 12 on the Iphone. If you are part of the "pomp-n-pikkie" facebook group you can have the restriction lifted to the age 52.

I've been using Swirly since 1.1.3. Brilliant little app and they have improved it a lot. Well worth the donation! An yes you need to jailbreak and load via Cydia.
 
Wow! There are so many new forumites in this thread ever since 3G was released ;) Good to see this thread growing...

SwirlyMMS is working perfectly with me (on Vodacom), wanted to test it before purchasing it for $8...

I don't understand what the big deal is about jailbreaking. I couldn't imagine using the iPhone without jailbreak....

Yes you should restore the iPhone and you'll be safe, problem is... it can be risky if you mess up the cable or phone connector and can't restore without taking it back to Apple, so it can still be risky if you're not careful.

Yes. And I can forward SMS's. And I can Copy/Paste (well kinda). Without jailbreak, you can't do any of these....

I've restored over 400 iPhones without any problems... Your only real worries should be restoring your iPhone with iPod Touch firmware, but now with PwnageTool you won't have to worry about that..

Just haven't got around to playing with it again.

I saw the review on iClarified and it looked quite cool, but as this is the SO's phone I try not to install to much stuff as she gets a bit edgy :p

I'm only due for upgrade next year <sigh>. Two years is such a long time!
