Dudes, just to clear up the confusion... "http://www.apple.com/sg/iphone/softwareupdate/" is for SINGAPORE, the release date for us is Wednesday 17 June 3PM GMT + 2, so we'll see it at 5PM today...

It's very likely the GM release be identical to the release today. Apple wouldn't have bothered mentioning it in the WWDC if it was just another beta...
Think of it like the RTM versions of Windows.

I know that firmware is on the apple site already ready for the 3g s release.
Wouldn't want you guys to brick your phones because of some 11 yr old prankster!

That looks like the 3G S firmware to me. Notice the iPhone2,1. All the 3G versions are iPhone1,2 and 2G versions are iPhone1,1
