You can't lock someone up for murder unless they committed it. Similarly, you can't arrest a guy for rape because he's a regular to a certain place :confused:

Ok, sorry for my OT posts, this guy just really gets on my nerves, not that it's a valid excuse anyway, but I'll refrain from here on (in this thread at least).

I'm just sitting here thinking what the fark in this world will ever be able to unite SA if the rape of a 6yo child can't even get the country as a whole to stand together?

To be honest I can't see anything ever uniting this country, we are far to divided. Very pessimistic view.
