Please post links to sources, proving your post to be factual. Or attach copies of your certifications/accreditations proving you are able to give expert opinion on the matter.

Except in my posts in this thread, I am not trying to even begin to claim that one could possibly have stopped this because his behaviour changed somehow (when there is ZERO indication that it had from the articles)... I'm not the one making ridiculously retarded conclusions from zero information at all.

But its Ok if he does it and you just had to follow his excellent example. Go read some books and reports on cases where these kind of sicko's were interrogated if you are interested to learn about their typical modus operandi and thought patterns. There is enough out there.

I recall earlier today reading an article that he was at the Dros previously and known to the staff. So he could have been stalking the place or not. What difference does it make?
