At the end of the day, nobody forced anybody to take the drugs. This is a bit like these arguments where people end up in a car crash, then claim diminished responsibility because they were drunk.

It's not an excuse and irrelevant in my books, rather the opposite. Do I have sympathy for his background? Yes. Does that excuse his actions? No.

This is where child services has failed. We don't need more people like him in the world.

Pedophilia is a dominant attraction to prepubescent children.
 
I watched the video and the judge said Ninow already pleaded guilty to rape by saying he put his thing in her mouth.

He also came across as extremely impulsive and narcissistic. He is definitely not someone I would want out on the street or near children.
 
Hopefully this case will cause the ANC and EFF to attend another horrific case of child rape recently reported

That's not what I'm saying, the drugs did not directly cause the rape/sexual assault obviously.

Bear in mind that all drugs affect different people differently.

For some people especially when drugs both put them in a dissociative state and make them very horny it's very possible that they don't see what they are doing as rape, that they are simply not capable of understanding what's really happening, they just feel the effects of the drugs and go with it.

It was in Limpopo? Were is Floyd? Julius? The ANC cadres? The normal flamers ... ? Right. Very sick how certain parties even abuse children abuse to drive their race narratives. Children should be cherished, not used as pawns in political racial games. I won't call out the usual MyBB suspects, they know who they are and absent in other threads like these where just the melanin level varies.

Here is what worries me: This past weekend I was in a shopping center. A boy ~5 yrs old was playfully hitting his mother, his mother playfully hitting him. Not the naughty brat style where you have to growl. Laughing. At a stage, not sure what he did, but stumbled and ended up right in front of me. Instinctively I playfully "slapped him" (lightly slap one hand against the other above him - something I did with my kids, do with my grandson, which they enjoy). Mom was surprised, lad went big eyed, then absolutely gurgled with pleasure. Everybody laughing, everybody was happy. Life is good. Only afterward I thought wtf if this was an EFF worshiper. Yes, the lad and his mom was black. It should have been a "so what" and luckily it was. Yet it has become a consideration in our society because of certain parties and politicians. The hypocrisy in our society is destroying us.

Dros rapist Nicholas Ninow gets life sentence

Dros rapist Nicholas Ninow has been sentenced to life imprisonment.

Judge Papi Mosopa handed down the sentence shortly after 3pm on Thursday. The ruling was met with cheers from the gallery.

Ninow admitted to raping a seven-year-old girl at a Dros restaurant in Silverglen, Pretoria, last year.

Mosopa also handed Ninow five-year sentences for drug possession and for defeating the ends of justice. They are to run concurrently with the life sentence. It was also ordered that Ninow's name be added to the sexual offenders' registry.

In delivering judgment, Mosopa said the evidence was "overwhelming" against Ninow.

Mosopa added that the victim was now scared of being in the company of men, and that Ninow had violated a child he should have protected. He said rape was a degrading offence and was worse when committed on a vulnerable child.

A prisoner must be given a parole hearing after 25 years but the actual length of the sentence served is indeterminate and could be for the rest of his life.

God willing that will only be a handful of years in a prison hellhole. I hope to read of his demise before that poor girl turns 10.
