Just to clarify, I don't condone or agree with this type of behavior in anyway. It was just strange for me, because it is the first time I've seen it on TV. There was the bunch of Brazilians celebrating in the corner and then woops, a banana comes flying in from left field.
 
Saw on Skysports this morning that someone threw a banana at Neymar in the Brazil vs Scotland match after he scored a penalty. Probably old news, and I know it happens a lot in other leagues, but its the first time I saw it.

Looked like a very nice banana as well. Nice and yellow with no black spots.
You really have an eye for bananas:D
