For some reason everyone's strava always shows more kilometers than mine, we all did the same route but mine shows 5, my wife's shows 7. And I don't really walk.

Those 2 dead straight lines indicates you had GPS bounce. Mostly happens when you use a phone or when you covered by trees/ obscured by buildings.
Also happens when you start the run to soon after seeking a GPS lock.

These are by far the best arch supports out there. Modified them a bit at the heel to provide a further counter to the over-pronation.
Best worn underneath the standard insole so cushioning and stability feels normal for the shoe.

Running paces explained properly.

Thanks. This is great.

I’ve really stopped caring about my HR when I run. It’s all about pace for me now. The only way I can get a HR of about 145 (apparently this is a number for easy runs) is if I run at a pace of 9:00. That’s not gonna work for me.

I consider an easy run to be a pace of 7:30 with an HR of about 160 for me. I feel great afterwards.

Not all hearts are built the same and age/weight/genes also come into play. Best place to be is conversational pace.

For pace intervals is the way to go.
