Struggling with issues on the back of my heel.
Same foot that I struggled with plantar fasciitis under the foot but was able to sort that out with stretching and strengthening. I guess its the same issue thats now just moved a bit. Will need to put more effort into stretching again.
Mine stemmed from my calves. Once I got them sorted our the heal pains went away.Struggling with issues on the back of my heel.

Always check you have the correct shoe and if that doesn't work you can always get a neuteral shoe and get shoe inners made. They are expesnive but last (+-5 years) for me and haven't had any injuries in years.
Strength training, stretching and running barefoort on a sports field every now and then also does wonders.

While I was walking the dog this morning I was like this weather is perfect for running(one of the reasons that made me do it) xD. Compared to the recent heat we have been having sheeshHit the road again this morning with the little one now that we back in Gauteng - no PBs today just a base run with awesomely cool weather and just before the rain started again

It was lovely and cool here too. I don't normally do morning runs, but was set to do a long run today so I got up early. Then Garmin freaked out about my bad sleep and recommended a recovery run instead. Decided to do a 10K to see if I still could. Also wanted to avoid the afternoon wind. While there was already some, much gentler, wind the cooler temps were worth it.While I was walking the dog this morning I was like this weather is perfect for running(one of the reasons that made me do it) xD. Also went for a run.... just without the pressure of a baby and pramWhat started as a base run quickly turned into a get the baby home before the rain.
My word wind blew so hard against the pram today was something else!
Before I felt the first drops was doing 6.30 a km just enjoying the run knocked off 25s per km by the end of it!
Runs done for the weekend back to gym Tuesday. Must say schedule is a little weird with the little one as my day off is Monday.

Oh wow!Sorta...
It's the noola elite, not the sprint. The elite had four weeks but large ones with proper suspension and I can inflate them etc and lock the front wheels. I don't plan on doing races etc with it so I don't mind running with something that works great but isn't built for purpose. I can run with one hand too and do small direction changes on the fly so it's good enough for my purposes
