Yup which for an 18m old chip is a bit steep, I've had my 2600 for a year and a bit and it's been great, but I paid that price when I got it.Indeed and 5 2600 is R3279![]()

Let me know when you decide to sell the old systemWife is happy with the 1600AF and 16GB RAM upgrade, POE runs a lot better now. Now I've got a case, power supply and a intel 4430 with 12gb.
Well it would need to put togetherLet me know when you decide to sell the old system
PM me a price.Well it would need to put togetheras I ran don't have any m2 screws to put the motherboard into the case, also it would be a discrete network card and a USB sound card, cause the onboards don't work :-(

Seems about right a year after release.
Yup exactly which is why I don't get it being sold at it's release price all of a suddenSeems about right a year after release.
It was a tad more on release think it was R3499 but yeahYup exactly which is why I don't get it being sold at it's release price all of a sudden
Like you said, it's high for a 18 month old chipIt was a tad more on release think it was R3499 but yeah
Yeah it is high for an 18m old chip, I'd expect it to be R100 maybe R200 more than the 1600AF, as in the US you can get them for $115 to $120 according to tech channels. But than again the 1600AF is supposed to be an $85 chip and yet we're paying 140.Like you said, it's high for a 18 month old chip
And that is why the 1600AF is such great value against the 2600 over there in the states, but yeah companies love fleecing us hereYeah it is high for an 18m old chip, I'd expect it to be R100 maybe R200 more than the 1600AF, as in the US you can get them for $115 to $120 according to tech channels.
