These work for me, and it's decent amount of paste for R65
3b097673f7fba9979e867e86bc4f222d.jpg

That stuff is good value for the amount but I went with the Halnziye 880 Grey Thermal Grease Syringe - 4g
Double the Thermal conductivity of the 510 : 5.15W/m-K vs 1.93W/m-K.
If you go cheap you may as well get the better stuff, the 880 has the same thermal conductivity as the Coolmaster Mastergel R54 for 1.5g but for R89 for you get 4g or R119 gets you 2 x 4g.

Trying to work out which CPU cooler is best is minefield, there's no common spec to refer to and even from the same manufacturer there are a million different variations of seemingly the same cooler. But going by reviews that test on actual temps/noise levels there's marginal differences between coolers until you spend huge amounts of money.

I went with the Cooler Master Hyper H212 LED Turbo Addressable RGB Cooler for R629:

The 212 gets slagged off going by some comments on forums but it doesn't do much worse than the hipster coolers that sell for twice the price. The only drawback to it is the height, you need a good 160mm clear above your cpu lid for it to fit and depending on the location of your ram slots it can block the last slot.

I can’t believe how volatile the graphics card pricing is.

I ordered a 3060ti MSI card at the beginning of November for £557 and now the exact same card from the same retailer is £699 - 25% more in just over a month

That's not a super but the OG. I picked up an Rx580 in 2019 second hand for R1400 sold it for almost twice the price a year later

You can pickup a windows 10 key for pretty cheap on Carbonite or i think there are some guys on here who sell it too, last time i saw on Carbonite a guy selling keys for R120 so thats a -R2213 cost.

You can get a Win 10 Pro key for R99 on Carbonite from JackBauer or LetumKeys.

I just built this exact PC and it will play all your games nicely.

My suggestion would be to save cash on the keyboard for now and get a better one when you have budget again. It's a luxury, not a necessity.

Also, I'd add one extra 120mm fan for the rear of the case to act as an exhaust fan. The case comes with three but they're all in the front. You could move one, but fans are cheap. You'll want to get a fan splitter though, that motherboard only has headers for 2 fans.
I've used this one in a few PCs and it works perfectly.

Thanks all, so I saved approx. 2K on the Windows...:)

I will look for the fan. Any suggestion for a cheap key board? Also do I need a 4400R monitor? Or again any cheap alternatives.

Thanks for the help!

At a quick glance buy a win10 key elsewhere as others have mentioned, I can't really see any other big gains to be had elsewhere in that list.

How many case fans is typically recommended?
3 at the front, 2 on top and 1 or 2 at the rear?

Depends on the case, but as many intakes but you'll need almost as much exhaust. So 3 in front, 1, 2 in rear or top

Are you 100% sure you want a TKL?
Personally I hate them, but I also use my pc for things other than gaming, so for me having a number pad is a “necessity”

If you are, and that is the one your want, I would say keep it. It’s a luxury yes, but it is also your primary interface to the PC, and mechanical is as good as they say, whoever “they” are :)
