Sure, but then you’d be looking more at X470
Or X570 for future proofing, but those are way more expensive.
Main things to consider would be:
Are you overclocking? If so, you’d want something with good VRMs. If not; it’s a non issue.
Number of NVME slots you want.
Wi-fi required or not
Number of RAM slots and speed.
There’s not much else to differentiate the B450 boards beyond perhaps the on-board sound and added nice-to-haves (heat spreaders etc).
A GPU is what will determine your gaming performance. There’s nothing wrong with an RX5700.
Just went through some pricing now. That’s a good deal on the RX 5700, only thing would be those blower style cards get quite hot. The one for R6149 May be better from a cooling perspective which means higher overall sustained clocks (speed essentially. )

The blower style coolers are not great, at 21C ambient you gonna hit ~77C on the card, expect higher with our summers if you don't have aircon.
You could go for a cheaper motherboard but at this time there seems to be no stock on the boards I would recommend from woot/rebel as they are popular and sold out.
Ram wise you can save some money going with the G.Skill F4-3200C16D-16GVKB kit that works fine at the rated clock speeds.
Stick with the phanteks you picked, it has great airflow!

You don't need the RGB RAM unless you want it to be lit up. 650W is also technically overkill I mean it's not a bad thing to have the extra wattage if needed, but you don't really need it. But it should be future proof as much as you can future proof yourself in the PC world.
I can but ito cash they want to pay company directly.
Think I'll submit to wootware, evetech and maybe another company.

I cannot find any info on that model number, not even on the xfx site. If it's anything like the Radeon RX 5700 DD Ultra model then yes it will be better.

No it's not, that's the DD ULTRA RX-57XL8LBD6 the one sold by woot is not the ultra using RX-57XL8LFD6 model number which google is oblivious of. No worries I queried it with woot to get some clarification. If it turns out to be the same then you're good.

So you're good to go there as the temp at 21C ambient is 65C for the ultra model so the non ultra will run slightly cooler.
