They coining it gsp 350 now R2200, was R1500 when lockdown started. Until the suppliers open up, they will probably get away with it.
Yup this has just made me not want to support them anymore. There's price gouging than there's this. My last purchase from the was the stuff I bought

Well seems like Wootware is having a field day with their pricing. Yesterday's price of the Radeon RX 5700 XT was R9099... today around 5pm it was R9299... and now at 22h45 it's R9499.

Now is not the time to be building a computer, if you have a choice.

Nope, Jan to Mar was :-(

Rand Dollar rate is ****ing us hard, they, have to make enough money on what they have to be able to bring in new stock at the new price. Agents of components are not buying as they used to, because they have lower confidence in being able to sell, and because they are having issues buying the stock they want. A bugger up all round.

Which klevvs you looking at?

There are basically 3 major ram manufacturers Micron (which corsair uses a lot), Samsung & Hynix (klevv used these not sure if they still do).
KLEVV BOLT X 8GB 3200MHz RAM - (3200 16 - 18 - 18 - 38 @1.35V )

I'd upgrade to 16GB.

Can anyone suggest a decent chair, this thing im sitting on wasnt designed for 8hrs a day sadly. Around 4k budget

This is the quote I got from Evetech for R26k... the same build at Wootware would be around R30k or more now.

I just never ordered from Evetech before...

Ryzen 7 3700X (3.6GHz, 36MB Cache, 8x Cores, 4.4GHz+ Turbo)
MSI X470 Gaming Plus MAX Ryzen ATX Motherboard
Radeon RX 5700 8GB GDDR6 Graphics Card
Gamdias ARGUS E1 Gaming Case
Antec VP650 80+ High Performance Power Supply
32GB DDR4 2666Mhz High Performance Gaming RAM
Gamdias Chione M2-240R All-in-One CPU Liquid Cooler??? Not sure if required for this build? Could use the funds for better RAM or motherboard
[NVMe] Hikvision E2000 512GB M.2 SSD Read Upto 3300MB/s
Windows 10 Home 64bit
2 Years (1st yr. Parts & Labour, 2nd yr. Labour only)

I dropped them a mail regarding one of their upgrade kits asking if the cpu comes with a stock cooler or not.
Got 2 massive responses with nothing but payment/delivery details, no answer to my query at all.

That's weird. I got response in 5min asking for some details and the quote the very next morning

The 3700X comes with the Wraith Prism RGB LED cooler in the box so isn't strictly necessary.

That said, they run hot so an upgrade isn't a bad idea.

I would swap that GPU for a 2060 Super.

Depending on your workload, 32GB might be overkill. If it's a gaming PC, 16GB is just fine. However, Ryzen CPUs respond nicely to RAM speed upgrades. Drop to 16GB but upgrade to a faster speed (minimum 3200MHz) for some nice gains.

Not sure how well that case breathes - seems quite restricted on the front. Maybe do a bit of research to confirm but Ryzen does run a little hot - I'd want some front intake fans.

You don't really need the liquid cooling if you're not going to really overclock hecticly.
