No because it's not a game, there is a very small subset of users that will get digital "goodies" for a game.
It should at least be marked as not a game without having to visit the link and check that a game is not included there as that's what is assumed in a thread titled "The Premium PC Games For Free Thread"
You can just bookmark: https://steamdb.info/upcoming/free/ instead if you want every free game on steam (as in is 100% discount).
This thread should be "filtered" in that it's free games that people would actually want, e.g. Unrailed, a game that's got over 12k positive reviews and at one point had over 50k people watching people play it on Twitch.

Or if you look at the beginning of the thread, those were Zombie Army trilogy, etc., and you can argue what is premium there.

Last time I checked you where not the assigned God and moderator of what constitutes premium or not. Stop being so pedantic. Its perfectly OK for people to post any gaming related freebee as just cause you don't want to does not mean others would not value it. If you don't like it just scroll past like everyone else. I for one appreciate people posting what they find as occasionally there have been some hidden gems.

He does make a fair point though, maybe we need to start a cheapie/shtty free game thread where all the dross can be posted and not dilute the latte water in this thread, the exalted realms of premium.

I think the gist of the issue is there are reams and reams of free games and content going on promo but most of them are junk, this thread is for the bona fide good stuff only, so either the game must be legit awesome in whatever segment it is or it must go somewhere else.
 
Yea I agree honestly, I come here to see Free PREMIUM games, I don't give a toss about 99.3% of the Steam games and other free kak that gets given away. A separate thread should exist for that **** for people who like those games, I have no issue with that at all. But I hate when this thread gets littered with things that aren't premium games, for free.

What is premium in your view? Not everyone perceives premium in the same manner as others. I am only here keeping this civil, but it is best to ignore things which are not to your liking in a 'giveaway' thread. It is not like I am not understanding, but people are people, and we all have our own needs and wants.

However, should it be desired to have a separate thread where anything goes, then I guess it is all good.

No, though a giveaway is promotional it shouldn't be related to discounts. For Steam, go here,

Giveaways on the other hand, as long as it is within scope I can't scrutinise, but discounts doesn't belong here. Perhaps the person who makes the post should at least post a disclaimer listing the original price.

I have seen AAA titles which were utter rubbish. Just like people are still laying on the Epic hate, but can't wait to have the Thursday drop.

Anyway, I am now derailing this thread, so back to give-aways.

Premium PC Games <-- I think that's a fairly straight-forward description of the title of the thread. Not posters, images and music related to a game. Those are handouts and not the actual game.
