We def need a better system for this

Thinking about it now.
This could work.

Everyone with the link could be setup to add and edit content there.
Currently it's set to edit only.

After the run from today, let's keep the same link and if everyone has some keys to share, add it there with a post to mention it's updated.
We can agree when it should be changed so everyone can add or delete in the folder.

Edit: the only requirement would be to be logged into your Google account. There's no need to share and use everyone's email addresses.
Everyone with the link will be able to add, edit and delete.
