Quite a strange decision to join Cheetahs.

Maybe he's after a more conservative work load? Given his injury woes of late.

Or maybe no club wants him because of his injury woes of late?

Personally I would like to see him at the Bulls seeing as Embrose could be leaving. Or Stormers? Their 9 stocks are a bit lean.

Its a retirement package basically. He has served the Boks well. May he have a smoothe one

He really shouldn't be in another bok squad now. I would almost say the same about Pollard. Maybe just maybe he is too far behind sasha and manie now?

I really can't see Eben being a starter in 2027. I'm sure, regardless of form or health, they'll take him along, perhaps in a mentoring and/or coaching capacity.

Lood has been out a long time and I’m surprised Eben is still going like a train at his age.

He must do. Pretty decent scrumhalf depth already though, and with the new youngster in the mix too

There's tough competition amongst the scrumhalves, (Reinagh/Krappies/Williams), but Papier I think has done enough so far to warrant a place in the Bok team.

Very satisfying performance from the Bulls tonight. It was a very tight first 40 but they turned on the power in the 2nd 40. As physical and abrasive as they've been all season. Dragons simply couldn't live with it!

Heartbreak for them. Bulls must not underestimate either of Zebra or Benetton in the Loftus leg. Play offs beckon but no slip ups please. They're so well placed now.
