That's huge. There will be a mandatory suspension. The length of which to be determined. Owen is a serial offender when it comes to his tackle technique. Give him a 4 match ban.
 
I don't understand how an objectively good player like Farrell has such horrific tackling technique.

Either coaches don't care or he lacks game temperament. Probably moers his missus as well

Two more matches before RWC for them, so let's see. Should be at least 3, just so they feel it going into RWC
 
I wanted England to lose here but looks like they got some energy now and are determined not to lose here.

His last suspension was 10 matches, reduced to 5 for some dubious reasons. This should be 10 with no reductions if consistency holds

Edit: the above was in 2020. He had a 4 game ban at the start of this year too. He's now clearly a repeat offender. Lengthy ban incoming.

That's a bit silly to suspend someone that long. Nobody died. The other guy is fine.

Because he is a dk. He has consistently been a foul player

He's been given every chance. His last ban was reduced by him attending the world rugby tackle school. This was as recently as February. Even that clearly didn't help. I say throw the book at him. At some stage there needs to be an end to the ridiculous mitigating circumstances and a serious consideration of aggravating circumstances. This will be his 4th ban for the same offence.

If he gets off lightly it makes a mockery of the WR disciplinary system

I just don't understand why he can't get it right, surely he must know that another rubbish tackle could cost him and his country.

If he gets a 6 week ban he's out for all England's pool games, luckily they are in an easy pool
 
Nic Berry is killing Scotland with nonstop penalties. 11 to 3 at half time.
