The guy says he won't put his name on whatever list the ladies are going around with. It looks like they're required to sign people up who promise to vote ANC (the ladies try to say he must sign up even if he doesn't vote ANC, I suspect it means they're paid on how many people sign up). The guy says he won't do it for the ANC perhaps if it were another party like the IFP he might. He berates her for letting the ANC use her, she's almost 40 (and berates her for wearing an ANC t shirt at her young age, guess he thought her younger or he's old) running around in the heat of the day. He says the ANC have done nothing for him since '94 and he asks them to look at his living conditions and says if he signed up, the food he just ate might just come back up.
