He is a community activist who thankfully understands that politicians don't like a united community. The EFF and the ANC are threatened by his presence and the support he commands in Soweto.

Seems like. EFF especially but I think EFF is now threatened in general cause ASA is actually appealing a lot to their voter base (and others like DA and ANC) without having batshit ideologies or policies, Malema is in court for a case of hate speech (which he could be imprisoned for), and lastly their own voters turning against them over the immigration issue...

So yeah, EFF might become 8% or lower in 2024, with the way things are going for them currently, and honestly, SA would be better off...

• actual neutrals: ACDP, GOOD
• "neutrals": ANC, Al Jama-ah
• pro-Russia: NFP, EFF

I think come 2024, ASA might actually be able to throw EFF out of third place nationally. That would be fun to see...

I'm somewhat tending to agree if the EFF continues down the path they are going, they are making some fundamental missteps in terms of judging the prevailing winds in the country.

Idk honestly. ASA made the announcement yesterday, so perhaps it's too quick to say?

Haven't seen Malema do anything lately to ASA except copy them. Also, Malema can't use stigmas, stereotypes and **** to bring ASA down as they do with the DA as of yet, since they are relatively new.

Agreed. I'm tending to think that their own voters are slowly starting to see EFF for what they truly are, the whole Dudula vs. EFF thing is exacerbating that.
