Just would like the full story like does she own the land now? Is it registered at the deeds office? Is it connected to the sewage system etc etc. all we got was pics of anc tshirts and cake.

You suspect they might have pulled a fast one like borrowing an RDP house for the occasion?
But RDP beneficiaries do get title deeds, mostly some time after the houses are handed over. On the sewage it would probably depend if the place had infrastructure, sometimes the house is built where you already live unlike a new settlement so if you never had existing infrastructure you obviously aren't connected to the sewer system.

No one seems to be able to, we just seem particularly strong about it on some parties more than the others since it happens all the time, sure there are other politicians who were caught on doing government things in party clothes?
It doesn't mean much to me because I know Cyril will always sneak in some ANC promotion and John would do the same for the DA, whether that's done in a party t-shirt or a suit is much of a muchness.
