When the ST2 (Samsung Today 2) items are selected for the Today screen, it has a green Settings menu that I cannot find anywhere else. E.g. If i select ST1 for the Today screen, there is no way to get to that green Settings menu. THis is different to the purple Settings menu in that the green one contains the WiFi, USB, Flashlight, Flight Mode, Motion options, etc...
Ideally if I could customise the ST1 screen and add that green Settings menu?
Also, plz if anyone knows where to get a screen protector for the Omnia?
[Edit] What version of Opera is installed on the Omnia by default? Is it a version of Opera Mini?
And how do I tell when I am using the browser or email if it is using Wi-Fi or 3G for data transmission?
TIA!
Does anyone else have a problem with loosing GPRS settings? When I go to the Internet (I don't use this very often), it doesn't find the settings and says cannot connect. Then I have to restart my Omnia and only then does it connect.
And if anyone finds a cover / tv cable, let me know. I've had my first small scratch![]()
I have the same problem...but you don't have to restart the phone.
you can disconnect the gprs/3g/hsdpa by clicking on the icon on top and clicking disconnect.
I have the feeling it's an MTN issue and not the phone.
Tks for da feedbackThe browser is Opera Mobile 9.5 as far as I know. If you want Opera Mini, just download the suggested jar verion on their. I prefer preinstalled one though, but I guess it uses more data - which is fine if you're connecting via WiFi![]()
Trying to activate my Garmin software, but it keeps failing every time.
Two calls already to Garmin yesterday and their 1 techie still hasn't called me back
