Dealing with Telkom has up to now been quite tnnocuous.
At the mosf the frustration of mediocy service, entry level hardware and elevator music is as bad as it got.
Until now, be warned, if you are like me, unlucky enough to fall through cracks, and the protocol to resolve your problem does not exist, a simple R600 pm adslt contract can eventually cost you hundreds of thousands of Rands.
During the installation period a problem arose with the actual adsl line serving my house, and this took time to resolve, maybe even more than a full calendar month .I was ofourse invoiced for that month , and not to delay matters any further, I paid the invoice and immediately logged a financial dispute, This repeated the second month, and was promised a refund..
I paid that inv as well.
We are at month nr 9 now, no.line no router, however an invoice with zero usage and R600 subsriction every month..
IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ANOTHER ADSL FROM ANYONE BECAUSE i have an exiztiyng one, so there is no uncapped, this results in a R5000 pm Vodacom bill ., Because at that institution everything turns into a pumpkin at 12 am.
As my sense of humour has by now completely evaporated, it is still mildly amusing to see the musical chairs every month.
An invouce around the 20th, an unsigned disconnection notice by the 2nd, a Lawyers letter by the 10th, I file my dispute immediately thereafter, Then I receive a reconnection notice a day or 2 later.
True to the money grabbing Parastals nature, they ad a fee for both these services (to hardware that does not exist )and the whole sad story repeats like clockwork the next month
Would any another Telecoms provider get away with this Gestapo b.s.?
I have since forfeited my preferential iinterest rate with my bank on all my products, because I dont pay my Telkom bill.. I am completely at their mercy.

Are you from earth, maybe try using the universal translator?

Okay so I tried to translate this guy's rant to maybe increase the chances of someone giving him a helpful hand, but...
Dealing with Telkom has up to now been quite innocuous.

...got up to there and then had to give up because I really for the life of me couldn't figure out what he was actually trying to say beyond this point xD

I think this means that besides for ADSL, he has no options apart from LTE, but since Vodacom offers no uncapped option this would result in a R5000 bill?

Your thoughts?... Good luck guys
