The Tools and other D.I.Y bargains thread

Anyone bought one of these
https://www.futuretool.co.za/collec...s/ingco-20v-powershare-rotary-drill-brushless
Any good for drilling 6-9 holes & 3 holes thru walls daily?
Perhaps this Bosch for 15% more unless you're on the Ingco battery train already?
I'm now on the Bosch train, bought the brushless drill and brushless grinder for the company so far.

I can vouch for this drill.

This drill cuts/drills through concrete like a hot knife through butter. Make sure you get the SDS drill bit set if you don't have it.

Thanks for the feedback.
Have a set of SDS bits already with my corded drill

At the current price +10% off this will make the wife much happier & me more productive

Can also confirm this drill goes through vibracrete like a mofo.

Get some good quality SDS bits and mind how quick and easy it eats through concrete.

I wanted to put some Fischer plugs into a vibracrete wall recently and went straight through the entire slab without any effort at all, so ended up using some Rockset to patch up the back of the wall and close up the holes.

Would almost say the SDS rotary hammer drill is my favourite tool in my Ingco cordless collection (tough decision between this and the impact driver).

is this a good deal I dnt have any other products interchangeable for the batteries .

I've got one - i'd say as a basic woodwork type drill it's fine. I wouldn't want to be doing any masonry drilling with it though, it's dinky!

Are you planning on extending your cordless range..? If so, this is not the right start..

If you only want a basic cordless drill and not planning on extending your cordless tool range, it's a good deal..

Then let this black and decker go.. cordless range is limited in SA..

Ingco is really good value for money.. if you don't already have Bosch cordless tools, definitely give the ingco a second look..

I'd rather start with the multievo than the straight drill.
Was going to say the same. Almost bought them thinking they multievo. My multievo has served me well. I want another one so I don't have to keep swapping heads when I need hammer drill and impact driver

I think you're misrepresenting the B&D range in SA. Sure the Ingcos sound great too, but there is a pretty broad B&D 18V range

EDIT: http://news.blackanddecker.co.za/18v-platform/
That doesn't include the MultiEvo or any of the gardening tools

I have a bunch of the Ingco 20v cordless tools and can't complain one bit.

Really very good value for money.
