The Walking Dead [SPOILERS]

going backwards now imo.. only series im following at the moment, well along with House of Cards, but jeez they are not getting this right. Im hoping before the season ends, that there will just be a bit more twists and turns, instead of you already knowing what might happen next. We do need a few big moments to get the show back on track.

Something nefarious is going on in Alexandria and they will have to high tale it out of there after a death and Rick turns into Batman.

but is that not similar to what happened at Terminus? for me personally, it just seems like they find a place, it looks nice, but its not. Fight their way out, then move on. Then suddenly a character pops out of nowhere, and they start again. Its just getting a bit to repetitive

Haha, it's exactly the same... That was my point;) I've never read the comics or have any knowledge as to what's really gonna happen.
 
That's pretty much the show's and graphic novels pattern. If they settled down and got comfortable, what stories would they have to tell?

I'm enjoying it, for what it's worth...the narrative plays second fiddle to the character development. I enjoyed Michonne taking charge yesterday for example.
 
I know what's coming from the comics - and can see where they've broken away from them - and I stopped reading in 2012 I think :p

Must maybe see what's new.

but they have hardly followed the comics. we know how the comics have gone, but the tv show has taken alot of different routes. I think that in a way is good, because if you have read the comics, then you basically would have known what happens next. However, my point about it becoming repetitive, was to show that character development aside, it follows just the same pattern all the time. If Aaron was perhaps introduced differently, like maybe caught up in that storm, and they went out to help him, then fine, but for him to just creep with a smile on his face was absurd.

maybe im being a bit harsh here, but im a big fan of TWD, but certain things could have been done slightly differently.
 
Do I have this right? Have teh gays, who are based near Washington DC, been following the Rick & Co since North Carolina where they visited Noah's old home and then they finally make contact with the group deep down in Georgia? We're talking hundreds of miles just to recruit new people into their community. And even they if did spot them in NC, that's a f***king long distance away from their base.

It's not the case here

The place is nice and stable as Aaron presents it, but there is some kuk coming from outside (and a little from inside if following the comics)
 
The Walking Dead Season 5 Finale Extended To 90 Minutes

The Walking Dead Season 5 finale reportedly has a runtime of 90 minutes, extending the typical 60-minute format by 30 minutes.

The news comes from EW writer Dalton Ross, who tweeted the information on Wednesday.

The episode will directed by executive producer Greg Nicotero. While little is known about the season finale’s plot so far, the extended running time seems to imply that its story will be pretty big.

"Wolf Fight!". The title name of that comic book that Carl found upstairs in a nearby house. You know what it means??? A huge foreshadowing!!!! Pretty sure the girl who owns the comic book was sent by the Wolf group to spy on the little sweet community.
