The Xperia X1 Thread

Hey Guys

Me also gonna be entering the X1 search in Cpt. I have been phoning around and nobody seems to know when exactly this month. I just phoned Canal Walk and the lady said that there records say there was only 130 on their warehouse and they all gone now. She said they possibly the week before Xmas but i shall keep looking. Will let you guys know if i find anything new.
 
Bleh! MTN Rondebosch said they were getting stock last week. Now today they said they have no idea when the X1 is coming. Useless!
 
My Xperia is busy booting up now!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just went to pick up my Xperia. It's a awesome device. The look and feel is great. Real solid phone. It is heavy but definately lighter than my E90.

Anybody who wants one today?

The place I got mine from still have 5 units available. First come first serve.

Well that there sums up Windows Mobile for you.... :)

Enough time while the phone boots up to type up a whole message on MyBB.... think I'll stick with Symbian! ;)

No worries went to Brackenfell and will hopefully pick up the unit on Saturday!

I've had a couple of Windows Mobile devices before. And then also a few Nokia's.

This is the first Windows Mobile device that will definately let my love for Symbian eventually die.

I'm going to place a ad on Gumtree for my E90 today still. :D

Oh sorry, I thought you had the X1 and were aware that it had Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional as it's OS... my mistake. Well it does, so my post is relevant!

You think instead of your odd, and misdirected response, you would have countered by telling us how long it does take to boot up. After all that is the sort of information people are after. Your post really did give the impression that you started it, put it to one side and then posted while it was booting!

Well there we go then!!!! That settles a discussion we were merrily having, on another thread fairly recently, in my favour!!
