Thin I've made a terrible mistake

Thank you for the life lesson sir, I really appreciate you pointing that out. I really feel my life changing for the better now.

I have been on the forums for quite a while and I can assure you not everyone is really awesome and come here to share a good story. There are a few bad apples around here. That being said, I've received and offered help on the forums many times, so maybe you shouldn't assume anything before knowing the facts.

I hope you have a smashing day further, and that you get your Telkom issue resolved.

Remember, the assumption was made by you by deciding to assume I had ordered it yesterday and was just looking to whine, be careful, sometimes you see your own faults in others.

I hope you understand why I'm upset at your responses above, they were uncalled for
 
Then why didn't you google before you placed the order? Surely you can't expect us to google it for you to let you know you're making a mistake?

Hence me saying I made a mistake, but hey, I was looking for some actual advice from someone who might be able to help, if you can't help, maybe don't post ;)
