Things that irritate you.....

It happens every year. One train line is closed as every year.

Not exactly hampering the city.
Really? I go every year around this time.

Hope the metro lines I need are open...the taxi drivers in paris are batsht insane and expensive.

It’s not always the same month but happens very often.

Only the roads next to the Seine are closed, the RER C as well.

The rest should be fine.

My grandmother actually stays in a Seine flood zone area and never had to be evacuated in 21 years staying at this place, even though the flood warnings were there probably close to 10 years.

The panic in the media is due to the fact that the centennal massive flood is overdue since 2010 and can now happen every year (it’s out of the stats already).

Just saw an article saying that the flood reached its peak and should now start to go down.

Waiting for the windscreen replacement guy, who’s obviously late and I absolutely have to go to Polokwane today.

People with the Learners sign on their car that seem to have just gotten their licenses. When you get your license take it off. No one is going to drive any differently and it's no excuse for you doing 30 in an 80 zone clutching the steering wheel in panic.
I encountered four today alone? Since when did people leave these on? Are they code 10ers?

It's been like that as far as i can remember, I don't understand the irritation, chances are that someone who's just got their license might do something that might endanger your life and that of other motorists, what's wrong with a heads up?

They should have sufficient driving experience to not need it. They are no longer learners.

They are still learning to drive, believe it or not. It makes my life a lot better on the road. What do you do when driving behind a taxi? You automatically become alert knowing that you are driving behind one, not so? Same effect when driving behind a learner sign.

By the time you've got your drivers you should be safe enough. The problem is people getting their truck license instead of their drivers and haven't actually spent a lot of time in cars.
When I had my learners I drove everywhere my dad would let me go, so over the year I had driven every day, in traffic, on the highway. The first month I had taken off the Learners. Went to do 5 lessons to learn the stupid k53 way.
I never had the Learners since my firsr month, my wife had it on her car for a short time as well. I don't drive more cautiously around a single person with a learners on, I drive as I normally would they need to adjust.

Dark colour cars not putting on any lights driving in the rain

Light colour cars putting way too many 30 min after the rain and while being on the phone is not better (all lights and fog lights on).
