Agreed on asking for the card machine ... luckily more places are getting Zapper and SnapScan
 
When you're in the smoking area, and another smoker (who apparently never has a light), asks you for a light. If you're going to smoke, at least carry your own goddamn lighter with you - you managed to bring your cigarette:mad:
 
Light someone's cigarette and they smoke for a few minutes.
Light someone and they'll smoke for the rest of their life.
 
Going to the shop to buy a pair of shoes. Salesperson gets you a pair to try on, you remove yours and voila, you forgot today's socks has some big holes in them.

IDGAF when that happens, but I can totally see how that would freak someone out who gives a crap what others think.
 
This fkin flight that I have to keep moving. Moved it 3 times already and each time it costs a grand.
 
Having to ask for a card machine when the "restaurant" only allows you to pay by card.

It's a flight home for weekend but job stuff keep screwing with where I am / need to be.

And each time the thinking is moving it is half the price of booking a fresh one from scratch.

Mobicell Ice. I waited weeks for Takealot to deliver it. Despite being marketed as a dual SIM, 1GB RAM, 4GB storage, 5mp camere phone it is a ****box single SIM 512MB RAM 2GB storage VGA camera pile of crap.

and I bought 2.

Gonna fight the good fight to have these refunded. Mobicell used to be good value for money, not it'c crap.

Lent my portable hdd to a friend cause he wanted to watch a few series. He sent a message that the kid his girlfriend was looking after pulled on the dvd the hdd was connected and it fell to the floor. My hdd and their dvd player are both f**ked. More than 500gb of movies, series, music and iPad apps (it was my default drive for iTunes) in sy moer in cause that was my actual backup.

Hard lesson learned

So it was a 1 TB HDD?

I think that's more valuable. Once you watch a movie/series bin it. Not worth hoarding.
