Throttling: Telkom Uncapped vs MWeb Uncapped

At least I have no issues playing over weekends on MWEB.

Oddly enough (or not) weekends are the worst on uncapped Telkom.

Well you get free bandwidth between 00:00-06:00 with Telkom and starting September it will be from 00:00-07:00, with a 2Mb/s line you can pull 150GB a month in that timeslot if you schedule your downloads.

That is generally when the network is under the most strain.
